The Hillsboro Community Civic Club is comprised of members throughout Jefferson County who are all focused on providing quality family activities and giving back to the community. This means the land can never be developed and will be forever kept in it's natural state and permanently protected from the spread of urban development. It will be retained forever in its natural, scenic, forested, and agricultural condition.
